BASI Pilates
Thanks to everyone at BASI Pilates and all those in the workshop we had an incredible weekend filming the Upper Girdle Extravaganza featuring Rael Isacowitz. We even filmed a live stream mat class on Saturday that was viewed by Pilates professionals around the world.
Everyone came together for this powerful class and shared the connectedness that Pilates brings.
I have long hoped that BASI would come to the Atlanta area. Please let me know if you find a host site. I am a solo teacher anhctieg from my home studio but longing for more accessible education and to further my knowledge. I love what I have seen from the Rael Iscowitz’s books and on line programs and would love the opportunity to learn from a BASI expert. Thanks!!
